Powers of Attorney & Enduring Guardians advice in forster/tuncurry
What do your loved ones do if you lose capacity?
While we don’t think it will happen to us, we all know someone that this has happened to.
That’s why you should consider a Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian.
A Power of Attorney
Is a document to appoint another person (your Attorney) to act on your behalf for financial affairs.
This document will state what your attorney is authorised to do on your behalf. This can be a wide-ranging authority or specific to particular dealings.
An Enduring Guardian
is someone you appoint (while you still have capacity) to make personal, health or lifestyle decisions on your behalf should you lose capacity for a period of time or permanently.
Powers of attorney And Enduring Guardian
